Product Designer

About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating experiences that delight users. You'll work closely with engineering and product to take ideas from concept to launch, and you'll have a significant impact on the direction of our product.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelity
- Present designs and rationale to stakeholders
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals
Nice to Have
- Experience with design systems at scale
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with motion design and prototyping
- Background in B2B SaaS products
