Responsibilities
- Hunt and close new partnership deals across diverse verticals
- Build relationships with social media influencers, content creators, and thought leaders
- Pitch to school districts, professional organizations, and corporate teams
- Connect with coaches, trainers, gym owners, and wellness professionals
- Manage a high-velocity sales pipeline with multiple deals in motion
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Represent Hardroad at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Negotiate partnership terms and close deals that drive mutual success
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Natural relationship builder who thrives on making connections
- Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
- Resilient, energetic, and motivated by results
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to educational institutions or school districts
- Background in fitness, wellness, or coaching industries
- Existing network of influencers or content creators
- Experience with B2B SaaS or subscription-based products
