By participating in the Hardroad Beta Program, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. Participation is by invitation only and Hardroad may accept or reject applications at its discretion. We may terminate your participation at any time.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the beta software solely for testing and providing feedback. You may not distribute, sell, or share the software with others.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the software
- Use the software to build competing products
- Share screenshots, features, or details publicly without permission
- File any patent applications based on the software or ideas disclosed in the program
4. Intellectual Property
Hardroad owns all rights to the beta software. Any feedback you provide becomes our property and we may use it freely. You agree not to file patent applications claiming inventions related to the software—any such patents shall be assigned to Hardroad.
5. Confidentiality
The beta software and related information are confidential. Don't share details publicly or with third parties. This obligation continues for three years after your participation ends.
6. Your Responsibilities
Provide honest feedback, report bugs promptly, and install updates when available. Keep your account credentials secure.
7. No Warranties
The beta software is provided "as is" without warranties. It's pre-release software and may have bugs. Features may change or not appear in the final product.
8. Termination
Either party can end participation at any time. Upon termination, stop using and delete the beta software.
